Wednesday night's installment of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon was Justin Timberlake's third appearance in a week-long stand. JT performed in two sketches. The first featured Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon dressed and made up like the singer Michael McDonald. They then joined the singer himself for an odd "in the round" version of "Row Your Boat" in which everybody sang like the former Doobie Brothers star and current solo artist.
The second sketch was just as silly, in which Fallon played a man visiting a tailor played by Steve Carell, who had an assistant in Timberlake. The sight-gag-heavy scene had the men interacting with each other using mannequin hands instead of their own. Timberlake also joked at his own expense, deliberately sing-talking the words to his hit single "Suit & Tie."
JT closed the show with a soulful rendition of "Let the Groove Get In" from his upcoming album 20/20 Experience.
