A little about Krista!
Hey how are ya,
it’s me Krista! Well, here I am the new girl hired or
shall I say brave enough to stare at Matt’s face every
morning from 5:30-10!!!! I’m so happy to be apart of
103.3 KFR and to call Kalamazoo my new home.
My husband Travis and I moved from a state that consists
of cheese, flannels, F150’s and GMC trucks and oh yeah
that talented quarterback! (ed note: Brett's retired
to try and figure out how to spell his name) Yep,
you guessed it Wisconsin, but not just any place in
Wisconsin “The Holy Lands.”
My joys in life are quite simple as I’m an easy going
and somewhat dorky kind of gal. I love spending quality
time with my husband and step-daughter Raven, chillin'
(very street, no???) with my girls, and playing with my
German Shepard Kaiya and my two fur balls Crunchy and
Molly.
I love hot
summers, because I can actually attempt at getting rid
of my pasty ginger kid skin. I also love taking out the
Harley and throwing the leathers on for a relaxing ride.
Weekends for me include enjoying a couple or more Malibu
and Diet’s and throwing the jammies on and catching up
on house work (Oh we just met and I told my first lie!)
Sunday’s are definitely Dead to Me,I think you get the
picture.
My Biggest Accomplishment outside of radio: Being apart
of The Second City in Chicago, IL
Places I lived: Scottsdale Az, Superior WI, La Crosse
WI, MLPS, San Francisco, Delray Beach FL, Chicago IL,
Fond du Lac WI, and now Michigan!
My favorite musical artists include: Staind, Kanye West,
Linkin Park, Sarah McLaughlin, Breaking Benjamin, Josh
Groban, Old Mettalica, Alice DJ, and just about anything
else that is fun.
My favorite movies: Braveheart, Gladiator, Hope Floats,
Devils Rejects and The Last Unicorn.
My favorite TV shows: CSI, Will and Grace, Discovery
Channel, Pretty much all realty shows, Mad TV
My Favorite Foods: Tai, Fettuccini Alfredo, Popcorn, and
Peanut Butter Cups.
